William (Bill) Shupe, President and Chief Investment Advisor, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has almost 40 years of extensive investment advisory experience.  He was formerly President of Crown Life Investment Management and Vice President, Corporate & Government Finance, of Pemberton Houston Willoughby.  Since 1996, Mr. Shupe has been President of W. Shupe & Company, which provides investment advisory services to prominent businesses, institutions, governments, First Nations and individuals.  From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Shupe also served as Executive-in-Residence and Lecturer (Finance) at the Paul J. Hill School of Business, University of Regina (where he was awarded Professor of the Year by the Business Students Society in both 2007 and 2010).   


Bill Shupe is a Sloan Fellow and Masters graduate of the London Business School and holds a Law Degree (J.D.) from the University of Saskatchewan.  He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Law Society of  Saskatchewan.  He is and has been a Director of several private and public companies, and is currently a Director of the Observatory Credit Markets Fund Limited, a Cayman-based Hedge Fund managed out of London, U.K.

Preston Shupe joined W. Shupe & Company in 2018 after several years of playing professional hockey. Preston provides W. Shupe & Company with Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance services.  He was Saskatchewan's recipient of the 2009 RBC Scholarship for Junior hockey players which recognizes academic and athletic excellence.   In 2013, he graduated with Honours from Canisius College with a Bachelor of Science, Finance.  He is currently working on his CFA professional designation.
